8-Week Zoom-Based MINDFULGym by Dr. Phang Cheng Kar

This is a FREE secular mindfulness-based program delivered via Zoom by Dr. Phang in English. It's for those who can commit to 8-weekends (2 hours) of online classes. You need to complete Part 1 (April) before joining Part 2 (June). Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Due to Zoom limitation and to ensure optimal training quality, we'll accept only 200 participants. Kindly ensure you can attend all 4 sessions (Part 1) before signing up for the program. The Zoom link, ID & password will be provided before each class starts.

  • HTC & Mindful-STOP: Contacting The Present Moment

Week 4:

  • Kindful Healing Hand: Soothing The Body

  • Butterfly Hug & Kindful Breathing: Comforting The Heart

  • Mindful EFT Tapping: Releasing Negative Energy

Part 2: Be Grateful & Be Kindful

Week 1:

  • Beginner’s Mind, Mindful Eating & Photography

  • Mindful Breathing Meditation: Deepening The NOW

Week 2:

  • Unhooking Negative Thoughts

Week 3

  • Befriending Challenges

  • AAM & 5 Mindful Vitamins

Week 4:

  • Mindful-RAIN & Self-Kindness
